Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Petaling Jaya, which offers some remote work flexibility. The Director of Corporate Finance will be responsible for overseeing finance operations and business planning. The role entails ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, budgeting, and financial reporting. In addition, the Director of Corporate Finance will be responsible for providing timely and informed analysis of financial data for management decision-making and for cultivating relationships with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Excellent leadership, organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are preferred but not mandatory
• Proven track record of success in corporate finance and strategic thinking
• Experience within F&B or retail sectors is a plus
