JOB DESCRIPTION
- Automate and advance the Oracle WMS system for all Manufacturing and distribution sites
- Develop Global warehousing strategy
- Develop training programs for all international shipping department employees that are in line with Global trade and compliance
- Oversight of all logistics-related policies, guidelines, SOPs, and Work Instructions, including packaging
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services teams.
- Monitor and control inventory, delivery processes, and quality standards with the warehouses and distribution centers.
- Develop and manage budgets in accordance with the financial goals of the organization.
- Analyze and address logistical challenges and propose proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Automation and standardization of global warehousing operations
- Develop requirements for KPI dashboards for internal customers (Power BI) and corrective action plans
- Champion advancement of Oracle WMS Functionality across all sites.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing global team; define roles, metrics, and career paths; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional change management for new processes, launches, and network changes; communicate clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in analysis end‑to‑end supply chain flows across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and distribution centers to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct scenario modeling to improve cost, service, and resilience across the global network.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory flow, and fulfillment performance across regions.
- Implement standardized processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
- Partner with planning, procurement, and operations to align logistics decisions with broader supply chain strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive distribution/logistics experience, including leadership responsibility in a global, multi-site environment.
- Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings and service improvements through analytics and process improvement.
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost drivers, total landed cost/cost-to-serve).
- Proficiency with Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of logistics technologies (, WMS, visibility platforms, automation tools).
- Champion digital transformation across global logistics operations.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in global logistics, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.

- In-depth knowledge of global trade and compliance, with a strategic vision for logistics operations.
- Experience in developing and implementing warehousing strategies, focusing on automation.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle TMS) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and influence.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
