We are recruiting on behalf of our client, one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing digital M&A and private capital platforms for mid-market companies and SMEs. As their transaction volumes skyrocket, our client is building out their core execution hub in Malaysia. This is your chance to drop the rigid hierarchies, gain massive regional exposure, and play a direct, hands-on leadership role from day one.

The Game Plan (What You'll Do)

• Drive Transactions: Lead live M&A, divestments, and capital-raising execution workflows across Southeast Asia.
• Engage Founders: Meet business owners and prospective sellers directly to assess transaction readiness and guide onboarding.
• Orchestrate Deals: Steer buyer/investor outreach, facilitate introductions, and collaborate with lawyers and advisors to clear execution bottlenecks.
• Mentor & Scale: Manage, train, and level up a growing pool of analysts and associates while optimizing internal deal workflows.

Who You Are

• Experience:10+ years of pure execution depth within Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.
• Track Record: You have clear, hands-on involvement in successfully completed corporate transactions.
• Skills: Strong technical command over financial models, valuation frameworks, project timelines, and senior stakeholder management.
• Mindset: You thrive in agile, fast-paced environments, possess high communication clarity, and want to own the outcome.
