Job Description
Job Description:
- Oversee overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the company
- Manage corporate governance, compliance, and statutory matters (in line with ACRA requirements)
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and P&L accountability for the F&B outlet(s)
- Build and manage key business relationships, including suppliers, landlords, and partners
- Provide strategic direction on expansion, branding, and business development
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management or director role
- Prior experience in the F&B industry preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and business acumen
- Good command of English Korean language ability an advantage
