You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Partnering with manufacturing leadership across APAC to drive operational performance, profitability, and cost optimization across multiple production sites.
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities to support business decision-making and achievement of strategic objectives.
- Driving plant finance excellence through effective costing, inventory management, variance analysis, and operational KPI reporting.
- Evaluating and governing CAPEX investments by ensuring disciplined financial analysis, prioritization, ROI validation, and post-investment performance tracking.
- Building and developing a high-performing regional operations finance team while strengthening finance capabilities across multiple countries.
- Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strengthening financial controls, cash flow performance, working capital management, and finance processes to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience supporting manufacturing operations.
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience, including leading and developing teams.
- Experience supporting finance activities across multiple manufacturing sites and countries within a multinational organization.
- Strong operational finance experience, including costing, inventory management, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Proven experience partnering with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and procurement leaders to drive business outcomes.
- Experience evaluating CAPEX investments and supporting operational decision-making through financial analysis.
- Experience operating successfully within a matrix organization, demonstrating strong judgment, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience leading finance organizations across APAC manufacturing environments with multi-site responsibility.
- Experience driving operational improvements through costing, inventory optimization, working capital management, and cash flow initiatives.
- Experience leading finance transformation, process standardization, ERP implementations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across functions in a matrix organization.
- Experience working within multinational organizations with strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence expectations.
- Professional finance qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent) and additional Asian language capabilities are considered an advantage.
