Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & PlanningDevelop and execute business development strategies aligned with the firms vision and goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and corporate clients.
- Lead client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Market IntelligenceConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and attend relevant networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with design, marketing, and project teams to align business goals with project delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the design, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Strong network within the Malaysian property and design industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
