Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Business Development will lead our efforts to expand business with key clients in the consumer electronics industry, including KA and its supply chain partners. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and large-scale automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute business strategies to secure new projects and expand relationships with major clients in the consumer electronics sector.

2.Lead negotiations for high-value contracts (100M+) with key accounts and its manufacturing partners.

3.Work closely with engineering teams to develop competitive automation solutions that meet client technical requirements.

4.Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and project delivery.

5.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

6.Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in automation for consumer electronics.

7.Oversee a team of business development professionals and technical sales specialists.

8.Ensure all proposals and solutions comply with client quality standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

2.Minimum 8 years of business development experience in industrial automation.

3.Proven track record of successful deals with top-tier consumer electronics companies.

4.Strong technical understanding of automation equipment and manufacturing processes.

5.Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

6.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.

7.Willingness to travel frequently to client sites globally.

8.Fluency in English is required and Mandarin& Malay will be a plus.
