Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Director to lead and optimize our company's operational framework. In this role, you will coordinate internal audit activities across departments, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate internal audits and operational reviews across departments.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal audit teams, department heads, and senior management.
  • Monitor audit timelines, deliverables, and corrective action plans.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and propose cross-departmental solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, audit readiness materials, and compliance processes.
  • Provide regular updates and operational insights to the executive team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 810 years in operations management, internal audit, or compliance (financial services background preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certifications like CIA/CPA are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Process-oriented, proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
