Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of compensation and reward programmes across multiple countries and business entities.
- Drive annual remuneration activities, including salary reviews, bonus exercises, promotions and long-term incentive plans.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of incentive and performance-based reward programmes.
- Manage compensation budgets, forecasting, cost monitoring and bonus provisions.
- Provide market benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation advisory support to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, audit readiness and operational controls across all compensation activities.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to execute reward initiatives effectively.
- Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team, driving capability building and continuous improvement.
- Support broader compensation strategy initiatives by translating plans into effective execution.
- Manage complex reward cycles involving diverse stakeholder groups across multiple markets.
A Successful Director Of Compensation Should Have
- Minimum 10 years experience in Compensation & Rewards, with 15+ years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing compensation operations and reward execution teams.
- Strong expertise in salary reviews, bonus administration, sales incentives, benchmarking and compensation governance.
- Experience managing large-scale regional or multi-country compensation programmes.
