Director of Facilities (Wafer Fabrication is a must)

Job Role :

• Complete staffing and organizational work to promote the goals of the facility Department.
• Train and provide leadership for subordinates to promote the goals of the Facility Department.
• Promote efficient, cost effective, solutions to construction, startup and sustaining activities.
• Promote plant safety and environmental friendly policies for plant maintenance and operations.
• Provide for uninterrupted utilities including gases, chemicals, CDA, PVAC to process.
• Manage sustaining construction projects as required.
• Install new production tools and associated MEP.
• Maintain the support utility matrix and make recommendations to management for timely expansions.
• Maintain the site and all improvements in first class condition at all times.
• Provide premium customer service.
• Ensure all environmental aspects, objectives and targets and plans are reviewed and implemented in accordance with the requirements.
• Plan and implement continuous cost reduction program.

Follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in the following Management Systems: i. Quality Management System- ISO 9001 ii. Hazardous Substance Process Management System- IECQ QC080000 iii. Environmental Management System- ISO 14001 iv. Occupational Health & Safety Management System- ISO 45001 v. Automotive Quality Management System – IATF 16949 vi. Information Security Management System – ISO/IEC 27001 vii. Anti-Bribery Management Systems - ISO 37001

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree and above in related field.
• Minimum 12 years working experience.
