Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization's IT and digital transformation strategy, ensuring all technology initiatives support business objectives and operational priorities.
- Define, implement, and maintain an integrated IT and digital roadmap covering infrastructure, enterprise applications, data governance, and cybersecurity.
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across IT operations, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and business performance.
- Define, implement, and govern enterprise-wide information technology policies, standards, and security frameworks to safeguard the organization's digital ecosystem while ensuring resilience, reliability, and regulatory compliance
- Establish and oversee IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Lead IT due diligence, system integration, and technology alignment for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth post-acquisition transitions and long-term scalability.
Qualification & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent is an added advantage
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Information Technology and digital transformation, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise-wide IT functions.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, technology roadmaps, and enterprise systems implementation.
- Strong experience in managing complex IT environments, cyber security, data governance, infrastructure, and application development.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, automation, and cloud solutions
