This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Director of Rooms. The Director of Rooms will oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations related to rooms, including the front desk, concierge services, housekeeping, and guest services. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction, managing room revenue, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service. This role requires maintaining impeccable standards of operations and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

• Proven experience in guest service management, room operations, and team leadership in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, and hotel industry software systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to foster team collaboration and provide effective staff training and development
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
• International experience and multilingual skills are a plus
