Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue across rooms and catering.
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and product positioning to optimize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting strategies to maintain strong market share.
- Build and sustain relationships with corporate clients, airlines, travel agencies, and industry partners.
- Oversee advertising, promotions, and brand communications across multiple channels.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to secure new business.
- Lead, recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, workplace safety, and operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years as Director of Sales in a 4/5-star property.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and corporate sales.
- Strong business acumen, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- Hands-on, results-driven, and adaptable, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ideally holds international exposure, a bachelor's degree in hospitality/business, and bilingual proficiency.
- Creative, analytical, and resilient, with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
