Director, Process & Design, OneERP

Job Summary

One ERP Process & Design Consultant (Full-time Contract, Singapore) plays a key role in our enterprise-wide digital transformation centered on SAP S/4HANA and Yardi . Reporting to the Program Director and partnering closely with the S/4HANA Solution Architect and Process Leads, this role is responsible for shaping the Target Operating Model (TOM), driving business process standardization, and maximizing native SAP capabilities to minimize system customization and technical debt. Key priorities include establishing a robust customization governance framework, co-leading the system integration and data migration/cleansing roadmap, and resolving critical project impediments. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of large-scale ERP transformation experience with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, strong architecture advisory skills, and the ability to challenge legacy practices to deliver a scalable, best-in-class ERP landscape (real estate domain experience is a plus).

Job Description

Process Standardization & TOM Alignment

• Define and evolve the Target Operating Model (TOM) to reflect industry-leading practices.
• Drive adoption of standardized, efficient, and scalable processes across business units.
• Promote the use of native S/4HANA functionality to reduce custom developments and technical debt.
  
  

Architecture Advisory

• Work closely with Group Digital & Technology, S/4 HANA Solution Architect to provide strategic direction on SAP S/4HANA architecture, ensuring optimal configuration and integration.
• Collaborate with S/4 HANA Solution Architect to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability as well as simplification of ERP landscape.
  
  

System Integration & Migration Strategy

• Co-lead the development and execution of the system integration and data migration roadmap for One ERP.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing and future applications, both internal and external.
• Establish protocols and best practices for data quality, mapping, cleansing, and validation during integration and migration.
• Establish and Review Integrations for Monitor integration performance and proactively address any challenges during and post-implementation.
  
  

Governance Framework for Customization

• Design and implement a governance framework to assess and approve system customization requests.
• Establish clear criteria for evaluating customization needs, including business value, alignment with TOM, and impact on system integrity.
• Lead a cross-functional review board to ensure customizations are justified, minimal, and strategically aligned.
• Monitor customization trends and proactively identify areas for standardization or de-customization.
  
  

Program Support

• Partner with the Project Director, Process Lead, Global Process Owners, Business Unit Stakeholders and S/4 HANA Solution Architect to ensure timely and successful delivery of the One ERP program.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to internal teams and external consultants.
  
  

Key Qualification


Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in ERP transformation, with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven success in process standardization, enterprise architecture advisory, and system integration and data migration roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices, Fiori UX, and native S/4HANA capabilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks for ERP programs.
• Track record of developing and executing integration and migration strategies for large-scale ERP implementations.
• Ability to challenge legacy thinking and drive innovation.
