Establish and oversee the operations of the Delivery Center's PMO office, coordinating project initiation, prioritization, and resource allocation for overseas projects.
Monitor and identify issues throughout the project bidding and execution stages, and develop practical project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and standardization.
Organize project stage reviews, track risks, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, with quality and profitability.
Support the head of the Delivery Center in project portfolio management, capacity planning, and strategic execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale engineering or data center project portfolios, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects across regions.
Strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), with extensive experience in process design and organizational enablement.
Excellent communication, coordination, and data analysis skills, with experience managing cross-cultural teams.
