Build and maintain strong relationships with clients especially Wealth/retail segment to understand their needs and objectives.
Present investment solutions to clients ensuring they align with their strategic goals.
Responsible for product approvals, segment approvals, preparation of term sheet, product highlight/ disclosure sheet, develop booking process as well as ensuring external policies and guidelines e.g. SC.
Collaborate with structuring and cross functional teams to design and implement innovative investment products and solutions.
Continuously refine existing offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and profit streams.
Assisting head of sales to develop business strategies and materials to promote investment solutions.
Work closely with relationship managers and other teams, including marketing, compliance, legal, product partners and finance to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and foster a collaborative environment.
Assisting head of sales to monitor and analyse the performance of investment solutions to measure profitability.
Required to support Treasury activities and operations involving both MBSB Bank and MIDF, limited strictly to Shariah-compliant activities within the Malaysian financial market, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, Shariah governance policies, and internal guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business , Economics or related certificate (CFA, CIMA, etc) is a plus.
Experience
Proven experience in investment management, sales, or financial services.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
