Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Loan Consultant. The role involves assessing customer needs, assisting in loan applications, providing financial advice, and guiding clients through the Proton hire purchase financing process. The consultant will also support sales teams by explaining financing options to customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient financing experience. k
Qualifications
- Experience in Loans and Financial Services, with a strong understanding of related products and processes
- Sales expertise, with the ability to effectively communicate and explain financial products
- Knowledge of Finance to analyze loan applications and provide sound financial advice
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to fast-paced business operations
- Prior experience in auto financing or the automotive sector is an advantage
