Get to know the role:

Develop, alter and optimize routes. Effectively communicate and serve as a liaison between other dispatch and staff. Must maintain agile and ready to handle sudden route change and delivery issues. Duties include to transmit assignment, compiling statistics and reports on work progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the correct and courteous delivery and collection of documents, mails, files and other items as directed outside the premises.
  • Prepare all covers for mails.
  • Maintain and record a Despatch book for all letters/ mails/ parcels sent by hand.
  • Support admin by outlets for both incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Stamping and recording dispatch of mail, where required.
  • To facilitate staff immigration documents.
  • Follow up on all pending and recommended work with Office Services utilising the pending work log.
  • To collect and deliver all documents to and from outlets.
  • Where required, to assist Office Services in general duties including paper shuffling and sorting.
  • Assist with Office Services meeting room arrangements for various meetings, training or events.
  • Perform other related duties or requests specified by the department head.

You should have:

  • Candidates must possess a valid GDL or Class E driving license at minimum.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to follow instructions given by the supervisor.
  • Physically healthy, including good vision and hearing.
