About The Job
- System Administration: Managing, filing, and tracking drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project records using electronic data environments.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Checking submission completeness and ensuring all design revisions, approvals, and distributions match regulatory or company workflows.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the central conduit for incoming and outgoing communication between the internal design team, contractors, engineering consultants, and clients.
- Experience in Data Centre Project
- Familiar with EDMS softwares, ACC and Aconex
