Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for main building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain organized drawing registers and support submission documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in building construction.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Architecture / Drafting / Civil Engineering.
Required Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit or BIM knowledge is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
- Able to work independently with attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Advantage: Experience in main building works.
