Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Drilling SSHE Advisor to support operations risk control activities for an upstream oil & gas project in Sabah.

- Provide SSHE advisory support for drilling, workover and Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations.
- Provide SSHE guidance and support for exploration, appraisal and development drilling projects.
- Support the identification, assessment and management of SSHE risks associated with drilling activities.
- Provide advice to drilling and operational teams on SSHE matters and appropriate risk controls.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of SSHE requirements for assigned drilling activities, whether onshore or offshore.
- Identify potential SSHE risks and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Support incident prevention and continuous improvement of SSHE practices.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to promote safe and effective execution of drilling operations.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience working within a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting drilling, workover and/or Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations.
- Experience supporting exploration, appraisal and development drilling projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting deepwater drilling operations.
- Deepwater experience is defined as working in water depths exceeding 4,000 ft.
