PTS Asia (Petroleum Training Services) is expanding its operations in Malaysia and is seeking an experienced, Bahasa Malaysia-speaking Drilling Well Control Instructor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

With over 20 years of experience delivering internationally recognised IWCF and IADC training across Southeast Asia, PTS Asia is committed to developing genuine technical competency and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong practical drilling and well control experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality classroom and simulation-based training. Existing IWCF or IADC instructor accreditation is highly desirable; however, we are equally interested in experienced drilling professionals with the right attitude and potential, and are prepared to invest in developing and accrediting the right candidate.

This full-time position is open exclusively to Malaysian citizens who are fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
