Driver cum Dispatch

Job Responsibilities:

Driver:

• To ensure timely pick-up clients/guests and director. (In Klang Valley/Outstation)
• To provide daily safely, reliable and courteous attitude to perform duty.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
• Handle daily vehicle inspections and arrange for routine servicing or emergency repairs.
• Responsible to fill in the logbook for every time pick up / drop off duty.

Dispatch:

• Scheduling and dispatch for the daily tasks at hand to the location timely & accurately.
• Assist with loading/unloading goods when necessary.
• Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experiences in Personal Driver and Dispatch or equivalent.
• Require language: English
• Location: MUST stay near Kota Damansara area
• Well-mannered for driving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Able to manage change is situation to meet commitments and deadlines
