Driver Operations Coordinator (Penang)

The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard of operational excellence in the city they manage, while ensuring strong market visibility and engagement.

The day-to-day activities:

- Manage walk-in sentiments by attending to inquiries, handling concerns professionally, and providing excellent customer service.

- Collect feedback from walk-in interactions and support discussions to help identify issues and drive resolution.

- Assist the team in preparing collaterals and communication materials for campaigns and engagement activities.

- Assist with ad-hoc campaign launches and operational activities as needed.

- Work closely with the team and city leads to ensure engagement activities are visible, well-coordinated, and effectively executed.

- Provide on-ground support during events, activations, or campaign rollouts when required.

- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and any other duties delegated by the team and leads.

- Support coordination across internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of team initiatives.

- Maintain accurate records, updates, and documentation related to daily operations and activities.
