Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sleeping Lion Bukit Bintang. This on-site role involves ensuring smooth hotel operations, addressing guest needs promptly, supervising team performance, managing front desk activities, and handling guest inquiries or complaints professionally. The Duty Manager will also ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards while providing leadership and support to staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for outstanding guest service
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Experience in hospitality operations, including front desk management and customer service
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Familiar with IDB System is advantage
