Dynamic CRM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting application solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and banking-related applications.
• Perform end-to-end application development activities including detailed design, coding, unit testing (UT), system testing (ST), SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions using Dataverse, Workflows, Plugins, Channel Integration Framework, and other Dynamics components.
• Design and implement integrations using C#/.NET, REST, SOAP, KingswaySoft, SSIS, and Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
• Prepare DLD, technical documentation, test plans, test scripts, unit test cases, and ensure compliance with SDLC, IT security, coding, and development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, impact analysis, estimation, data extraction, debugging, and performance of application enhancements and IT service requests (ITSRs).
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Testing and Support teams to analyse and resolve defects, manage changes, and deliver quality solutions within project timelines.
• Requires 3–7 years of application development and Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience, preferably within banking, with strong C#/.NET, JavaScript/HTML, integration, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
