Job Description:
- Sales Strategy & Marketing
- Develop and execute sales campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to create attractive promotions, discounts, and deals to drive customer engagement.
- Align online promotions with traditional sales channels to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Analyse sales data and track key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI to refine and enhance future sales strategies.
2. E-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage and maintain online stores on Shopee, Lazada & E-Shop platforms, ensuring all aspects are up-to-date and functional.
- Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and prices.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and manage returns or exchanges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. TikTok Store Management
- Set up and maintain the TikTok Store, ensuring accurate product listings with appealing descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely updates.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback on TikTok, working closely with internal teams to enhance the brand experience.
4. Live Streaming
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct live streaming sessions to promote products, answer customer questions, and engage with followers.
- Prepare content, products, and resources in advance to ensure smooth and impactful live streams.
- Analyze performance metrics from live sessions to refine engagement strategies.
5. Affiliate Recruitment and Management
- Identify and recruit potential TikTok affiliates to join the brand's affiliate program.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage affiliates, provide support, and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Monitor affiliate performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer resources to help affiliates succeed.
6. Advertising & Content Creation
- Create engaging content to drive product awareness and lead to conversions.
- Develop and execute ad campaigns on TikTok, optimizing performance based on data and analytics.
- Track ad performance, calculate ROI, and report on campaign outcomes.
7. Trend Analysis and Strategy
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes, implementing strategies to maintain relevance.
- Monitor competitor activities and leading accounts to identify potential strategies and content ideas.

Job Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Business, eCommerce, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and social media channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skilled in conducting research using multiple sources.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Independent, creative, resourceful, and data-oriented problem solver, with the ability to navigate e-commerce platforms with minimal supervision.
