Job Description

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for executing online campaigns, managing daily platform operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce channels. This role focuses on accurate implementation, operational efficiency, and responsive customer service to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations

  • Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop
  • Ensure all product information, visuals, and pricing are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor daily platform health to ensure smooth operations

Campaign Execution

  • Execute campaign setups across platforms, including (Voucher creation, Bundles and promotional mechanics, Gift-with-purchase (GWP) configuration, Price updates and scheduling)
  • Upload and schedule campaign banners and landing pages
  • Ensure all campaign elements are implemented accurately and on time

Customer Experience Management

  • Handle customer inquiries across all e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to queries related to orders, products, delivery, and promotions
  • Manage order issues such as delays, cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
  • Monitor customer feedback and highlight recurring issues for improvement

Coordination & Execution Support

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, logistics) to ensure readiness of (Campaign assets, Inventory, Timelines)
  • Follow up to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign and platform performance daily
  • Prepare basic reports on sales, traffic, and campaign results
  • Highlight discrepancies, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Website & Technical Support

  • Assist with website updates (banners, landing pages, content)
  • Coordinate with developers or external partners to troubleshoot basic issues

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or customer service
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee (TikTok Shop is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and execution accuracy
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
