Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive located in TTDI. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, overseeing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and managing accounts. Additionally, the role involves team management and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Job Responsibilities:
i. Account Management
- Manage relationships with key marketplace partners (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.) to drive sustainable growth.
- Own and deliver fundamental e-commerce KPIs: NMV, Orders, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, Units Sold, Seller Rating, etc.
- Conduct category analysis, pricing reviews, and assortment strategies to ensure competitiveness and assortment health.
- Collaborate with marketplace category teams on Joint Business Planning (JBP), monthly business reviews, and campaign calendar alignment.
- Coordinate and execute Mega Campaigns, Brand Days, A+ activations, barter programs, and other promotional initiatives.
- Create and maintain website content and ensure all pages, product details, and pricing across marketplaces and brand website are accurate, updated, and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct campaign post-mortems and provide learnings to optimize future activities.
ii. Operations
- Monitor daily business performance, sales, and store metrics, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate fulfillment, and timely shipments.
- Manage inventory health and close monitoring to optimize stock levels and sales.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address feedback, resolve operational issues, and improve customer experience.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance site usability, operational efficiency, and overall shopping experience.
iii. Digital Marketing & Affiliate
- Assist in planning, proposing, and executing online campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Plan and submit promotions, deals, and pricing strategies on all online platforms.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives across performance channels (onsite ads, social, etc.) to maximize traffic and conversion.
- Plan and manage affiliate strategy, including partner recruitment, commission structures, campaign integration, and performance tracking to drive incremental sales and traffic.
- Extract and analyze data from Magento, NAV, Google Analytics, and other platforms to generate insights, track KPIs, and provide performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
iv. General & Ad-hoc
- Maintain Naelofars online business channels across website and marketplaces.
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required to meet evolving business needs.
Qualification & Skill requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor&aposs Degree or equivalent in E-commerce/Business Administration/Marketing or related
- 3 to 5 years in similar role
- Experience managing business activities on both website (Magento) as well as marketplaces such as Shopee/Lazada/TikTok
- Experience in managing or conducting live-streaming.
- Experience in content management and optimizations.
- Basic programming and technical knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
