E-Commerce Manager (UK Market)

About the role:

You'll take ownership of HETCH's UK e-commerce performance across TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify, driving sales growth and profitability. Based at our Malaysia headquarters, you'll work closely with our UK team and cross-functional partners to develop strategies, execute campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own UK sales targets, revenue growth and profitability across TikTok Shop, Amazon and Shopify
• Develop and execute channel strategies covering product range, pricing and promotions
• Plan and manage major campaigns, including Black Friday, Prime Day and TikTok Shop promotional events
• Track channel performance, advertising efficiency and profitability, turning data into actionable insights
• Oversee product listings, content optimisation, store performance and customer experience
• Improve product visibility, conversion rates and marketplace account health
• Manage and optimise TikTok Shop and Amazon advertising campaigns to drive profitable growth
• Work closely with the UK affiliate and creator team to drive sales through creator content and live commerce
• Coordinate with operations teams on inventory planning, fulfilment and returns
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers, agencies and business partners

About you:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience, with proven hands-on experience managing and growing online stores or marketplaces
• Solid experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon Seller Central, and familiarity with other platforms such as Shopify
• Good commercial understanding of sales performance, advertising, pricing and profitability
• Analytical and confident using data to make decisions and drive improvements
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working UK business hours from Malaysia and travelling to the UK for 1-2 weeks per quarter
