Job Description

We are a Singapore based online store selling all kind of party supplies, we're looking for someone who is proactive, creative and willing to learn to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role covering e-commerce operations, marketing and content creation, with opportunities to grow and take ownership of different areas of the business.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
Create and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and increase sales conversion rates
Process standard and customized orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer enquiries and returns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
Assist with inventory management and purchasing to support stock availability
Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and promotions to boost sales performance
Develop and produce social media content aligned with marketing strategies
Shoot and edit short-form videos to engage target audiences and promote products
Take and edit product photos to improve visual appeal and product presentation
Design and optimise product images for online platforms to enhance user experience
Generate innovative ideas to improve product presentation and increase sales impact
Research and explore new marketing opportunities and trends to keep the brand competitive

Preferred competencies

Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify platforms is an advantage
Skills in content creation, photography, video editing or graphic design are a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented work approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
