Job Description

As an integral part of our team, you will hold a pivotal role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Crafting both short and long-term e-commerce strategies for the division to drive growth and success.

- Assessing the effectiveness of our e-commerce marketing and advertising budget across various channels to optimize ROI.

- Demonstrating expertise in P&L and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations for the e-commerce channel.

- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to maximize the impact of brand campaigns through strategic leveraging of the e-commerce calendar and major promotional periods.

- Planning, conceptualizing, and executing compelling promotional and marketing campaigns on online marketplaces and platforms.

- Leading and inspiring the team to develop innovative e-commerce programs and marketing campaigns aligned with our brand's objectives.

- Nurturing strong relationships with marketplaces to continually enhance the brand's performance and visibility.

- Coordinating effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.

- Taking responsibility for generating insightful monthly and campaign reports, analysis summaries, and presentations.

- Providing consistent feedback and coaching to support the growth and development of the brand EC team.

Additionally, you will contribute to day-to-day operations through tasks like:

- Maintaining and updating product listings, pricing, photos, and inventory to keep our online presence vibrant and up-to-date.

- Collaborating with our talented graphic designers to create captivating product content, onsite banners, and engaging advertising materials.

To excel in this role, the following qualifications and attributes are essential:

- A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Master's Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.

- A minimum of 5 years experience in E-commerce marketing, with a strong background in performance media management and brand building/channel marketing.

- Proven success in driving online sales through E-commerce platforms and effectively leading a team.

- Exposure to E-commerce marketplaces or luxury retail would be considered an advantage.

- Proficiency in the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop will be a valuable plus.
