As an E-commerce Operations Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end online order fulfillment process. From coordinating with stores and warehouses to managing logistics partners and returns, you'll ensure every order is handled accurately and delivered on time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full cycle of online order fulfillment, from order receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with physical stores to generate POS orders, pack the items, and arrange Lalamove for collection from the stores to the warehouse.
- Manage sorting, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and process return items, including quality checks, refunds, and exchanges.
- Liaise with internal teams, including store teams, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with external logistics partners such as DHL to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and optimize logistics workflows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably with 12 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and returns management.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
