About the Role

As an E-Commerce Sales Enabler, you will support the execution of KHIND's online sales plans across key marketplaces including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. Working closely with the E-Commerce Sales Team Lead, you will manage pricing, promotions, product listings, and campaign readiness while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Sales Execution

  • Execute sales strategies across marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
  • Manage product updates, pricing submissions, voucher setup, homepage visuals, and campaign readiness
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of platform requirements

2. Pricing Lifecycle & Governance

  • Coordinate pricing lifecycle including new launches, campaign pricing, clearance, and end-of-life items
  • Maintain pricing accuracy and consistency across platforms, especially during peak campaigns

3. Campaign, Promotion & Cost Optimization

  • Monitor ROAS, voucher performance, and promotional spending to improve cost efficiency
  • Analyze conversion funnels (CTR Add to Cart Checkout) and recommend optimization actions

4. Marketplace & Competitor Intelligence

  • Track marketplace initiatives, competitor promotions, pricing movements, and launches
  • Consolidate insights and share recommendations with the team lead

5. Sales Performance Reporting

  • Prepare regular cross-platform sales reports with key insights and recommendations
  • Support ad-hoc analysis for campaigns, product launches, and management reviews

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for aligned execution
  • Coordinate stock readiness to prevent stockouts and drive clearance of slow-moving SKUs

7. Livestream, Affiliate & Influencer Support

  • Support livestream planning, execution, tracking, and host commission calculations
  • Coordinate with affiliates and influencers, monitor code usage, and evaluate ROI

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 13 years experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop seller center is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and execution capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
