Job Title: eLearning Module developer / designer
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Task Description:
Essential Skills (Relating to eLearning Development):
User Research: Understanding learner needs, preferences, and learning styles based on focus groups. Analyzing existing training materials and identifying gaps.
Usability Testing: Evaluating the effectiveness and ease of use of eLearning modules, including navigation, interactivity, and assessment methods. Gathering feedback on learner experience.
Interaction Design: Structuring eLearning content logically and intuitively. Creating clear learning paths, modules, and sub-sections. Designing effective navigation within courses.
Visual Communication: Creating visually appealing and informative eLearning materials. Designing graphics, layouts, and multimedia elements that support learning objectives.
Problem-solving: Identifying and addressing challenges related to eLearning design, development, and delivery. Finding creative solutions to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Communication: Clearly communicating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders. Providing feedback to developers and SMEs.
Additional Skills :
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite), video editing, graphical design.
