Role Description

This is a full-time role for an eCommerce Assistant and Designer based in Malaysia, with flexibility for some remote work. The selected candidate will assist in managing eCommerce platforms, product listings, and inventory while contributing to digital designs for product branding and marketing. Responsibilities include creating visual assets for online stores, optimizing user experiences across eCommerce platforms, and analyzing sales and marketing performance. Collaboration with internal teams on improving digital presence and maintaining brand consistency is essential to this role.

• Proficiency in eCommerce operations, including product listing management and inventory updates.
• Responsible on Graphic Design and Digital Design skills, including familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas.
• Understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles.
• Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and performance analysis
• Knowledge of content management systems and online marketing techniques.
• Familiar with local platform Lazada Shopee and TikTok.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, and in-office collaboration.
• Experience in eCommerce or retail industries is advantageous
• Strong visual aesthetics and creative abilities
