Our client, a well-known fashion company, is currently hiring for an Ecommerce Business Development Manager. This role will ownand drive the regional ECommerce strategy, execution, and full P&L performance across HQ and franchise markets. The successful candidate will lead sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across SEA and franchise markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own the ECommerce P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, sales planning, performance tracking, and revenue growth initiatives.
Drive commercial success through campaign planning, merchandising strategies, and alignment with marketing and product launches.
Analyze sales, customer, market, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion, engagement, and profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Technology, Product, Operations, and Retail teams to enhance customer experience and omnichannel initiatives.
Translate business and customer insights into actionable strategies that optimize digital performance and user experience.
Lead team development, cross-functional projects, and external agency management to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 5-8 years of ECommerce experience and proven P&L ownership.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, GA4, Power BI, Excel, and other ECommerce analytics tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
Deep understanding of ECommerce, CRO, digital marketing, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven applications.
