Ecommerce Clerk (Shopee & Lazada) - Graphic Design

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.15pm
Saturday 8:30am to 3.45pm
Job Scope: - Coordinate and prepare daily ecommerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance.
Upload SKUs with basic graphic editing is needed.- Update all the promotional price and offer setting in system.
Assist in ecommerce platform matters such as check stock qty or delivery status etc.
- Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & yearend promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting.
Support and create records for database on financial and other data.- Help packing ecommerce orders when necessary.
Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum qualification is SPM and above.
Must have the knowledge of basic graphic design.- Must have related working experience in ecommerce platform backend operation.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Have experience in clerical task and attend to customer.
Can work in minimum supervision.- Willing to work at Tmn Desa Kundang
Possessed own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
