Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, fast-learning individual to manage and grow Fiskors online sales channels. Youll work closely with our experienced e-commerce mentor to master platform operations, campaign execution, and online marketing with the goal of leading the e-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management
- Maintain & optimise product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other marketplaces
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and descriptions
- Monitor platform updates, trends, and new features
Sales & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, bundles, and seasonal campaigns
- Suggest attractive deals to drive conversions and upsells
- Coordinate with marketing and design team for visuals and copy
Traffic & Awareness Growth
- Execute tactics to increase store traffic and leads
- Assist in paid ads setup/checking with guidance
- Participate in the backend of live selling sessions
Marketing Support
- Create and send EDM (Email Marketing) campaigns
- Assist and provide insight for content preparation for e-commerce marketing posts
Performance Tracking
- Monitor sales data, traffic reports, and campaign results
- Suggest improvements based on insights
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates or candidates with basic e-commerce knowledge welcome (training provided)
- Strong interest in online sales, marketing, and digital tools
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in learning
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus
- Able to work in a fast moving environment, high adaptability, capable to fit into fast changing work flow
Growth Path
- Phase 1 (06 months):Learn platforms, assist in execution, handle day-to-day tasks, learn data analyze
- Phase 2 (612 months):Take ownership of campaigns and promotions, manage small projects
- Phase 3 (12+ months):Lead e-commerce team, strategise sales growth, and mentor juniors
