Company Description:

STTOKE is an award-winning brand focused on redefining the coffee-drinking experience with our premium, sustainable, and beautifully designed reusable cups. We are expanding our marketplace team to support operations across major marketplace platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon. As we continue to grow globally, we&aposre looking for a capable and passionate person to join our team to manage our marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings: images, descriptions, SKUs, prices, stock levels, etc. Ensure listings are correctly categorized and optimized for keyword visibility. Set up variations, bundles, flash sales, and store collections. Monitor listing performance and continuously optimize for visibility and conversions.

  • Monitor store health and optimize performance based on platform metrics. Manage store visuals: homepage banners, campaign visuals, landing pages. Implement and manage vouchers, promotions, and platform campaign deals.

  • Plan promotion mechanics (e.g., GWP, bundles, upsells, discount tiers). Coordinate with platform KAMs to secure campaign slots and support.

  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance. Identify top-selling SKUs and address underperforming ones. Prepare sales and marketing performance reports. Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make necessary adjustments.

  • Review competitor listings, ads, and campaign strategies. Benchmark best practices and bring new ideas to enhance store performance. Identify category trends and whitespace opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years experience in eCommerce operations (Shopee/Lazada a must; TikTok & Amazon is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • A natural problem-solver with a patient and positive attitude.
  • A self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to show initiative and to work without supervision.
