Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Klang. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee all online sales activities, manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada) and implement strategies to drive traffic and sales to our platform stores. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, coordinating with fulfilment & operations teams and managing customer relationships. The role may also involve identifying trends, optimizing product listings, and coordination with our live and content team.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills, with experience in managing Shopee, Tiktok & Lazada platforms.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Effective Communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and customers.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing is a plus.
