Job Overview
You will play the role of a digital consultant for our ecommerce clients. You will take charge of actualization of marketing plans to drive results with efficiency, being data-driven in all activations and delivering results. You will manage and develop operational processes for the marketing team taking our ecommerce practices on Lazada/ Shopee/ Tiktok /Meta/Google to the next level. This position works to understand the client's business needs and endeavors to drive business outcomes backed by our data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution : Own end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of e-commerce marketing campaigns across marketplace (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop) and advertiser platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) .
- Advertiser Success & Growth : Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring delivery of outcome-based goals while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and improvement in ROAS. Translate business needs into actionable media plans and performance strategies.
- Cross-functional Project Management : Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Creative, Analytics, Commercial) and external partners to deliver campaign excellence, meet timelines, and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
- Data-Driven Consultation : Leverage performance data, analytics tools, and marketplace insights to deliver meaningful recommendations. Drive strategic conversations that unlock new opportunities or address business pain points.
- Innovation & Best Practices : Stay up to date on platform changes, trends, and tools. Champion testing, innovation, and operational improvements to increase media efficiency and workflow quality.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of junior associates/senior associates, ensuring continuous learning, development, and high performance. Streamline team workflows and enhance collaboration across functions.
- Client Communication & Reporting : Serve as the key performance marketing lead for clients. Present campaign updates, results, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Pitch & Business Development Support : Contribute to new business opportunities, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and campaign planning for prospective clients.
What skills and experience you need
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in digital marketing, ad optimization, performance marketing, and client servicing within the online advertising industry.
- Proven account management and analytical professional experience.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and managing paid advertising campaigns. Digital agency /e-commerce/enabler/tech background is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous .
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in English
