Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Management
- Support product listing execution to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and speed to market across e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and update product listing images, check pricing, and promotional content across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Ensure content accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines and commercial plans.
2. Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Process daily POs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure PO alignment with campaign timelines and inventory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PO-related issues with supply chain & logistic teams.
3. Product Listing Submission
- Complete listing forms for new product launches and GWPs.
- Ensure timely and complete submission ahead of campaign execution.
- Coordinate go-live status to ensure readiness before campaign start.
4. Conduct TikTok & Shopee Livestream
- Host and present products during scheduled livestream sessions.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Prepare scripts, product highlights, and talking points ahead of each session.
