Role Overview:
Want to tap into China's fast-growing mobile ecosystem market Huawei's Asia-Pacific Ecosystem Team is driving the growth of the HarmonyOS mobile ecosystem across China and APAC. We work closely with partners to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions through Petal Ads, strategic collaborations, and innovative business initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape ecosystem strategies, drive business impact, and be part of a fast-moving, transformative market.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze users, industry trends, policies, competitors, and customer feedback to develop meaningful insights and guide business actions.
- Build a strong understanding of both our products and client products; evaluate product capabilities and user experience to support sales strategy development.
- Use data and analytics tools to understand customer needs, identify target audiences, improve conversion, and support revenue attribution analysis.
- Design effective commercial solutions to strengthen product competitiveness; develop business models and take ownership of revenue and profit performance.
- Manage projects efficiently and coordinate smoothly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue in key vertical industries.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficient in marketing communication and mobile digital advertising; experience in branding and mobile performance campaign management is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin (for China market-related work)
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies, manage external partnerships, and handle multiple high-impact projects in fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, independent thinker with strong ownership, agility, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
