As Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the content creation, editorial strategy and quality of the portal. Your role will involve collaborating with writers and team members to produce insightful and engaging investment-related articles and reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Editorial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement the editorial calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of investment topics and timely coverage.

• Identify investment themes and trends that align with the publication's objectives.

• Understand the publication's readership and tailor content to meet their informational needs.

2. Content Development and Editing:

• Oversee the creation of investment articles, reports, analysis and other content pieces.

• Provide guidance to writers and analysts, ensuring high-quality, accurate and engaging content.

• Edit and proofread articles to maintain consistency, clarity and adherence to the publication's style guide.

3. Investment Insights and Commentary:

• Contribute to the publication by providing expert commentary and insights as well as articles and reports on investment trends and opportunities.

• Ensure that all investment advice and analyses are well-researched and supported by credible sources.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

• Work with the marketing team to promote the publication and increase its reach and visibility.

• Explore partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations to expand the publication's network.

5. Industry Awareness:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest investment trends, market developments and financial news.

• Attend investment conferences and events to stay connected with industry experts and thought leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, journalism or a related field.

• Proven experience as an editor or senior writer in an investment-related publication.

• Deep knowledge of investment strategies, financial markets and economic trends.

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools.

• Understanding of SEO and online analytics to optimize content performance.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
