Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for an Education Counselor (Content & Recruitment Specialist). The counselor will provide guidance to prospective students on education choices, oversee student recruitment activities, and support career counseling initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting students with admissions processes, providing appropriate educational recommendations, and creating content to promote academic programs. The role will also involve building connections with institutions and organizations, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong Communication and Career Counseling capabilities
• In-depth understanding of education systems and their application
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field
• Experience in student recruitment or educational advisement is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
