Job Summary:
The Construction Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing EHS management systems, policies, and technical standards to ensure full compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout construction activities.
This role requires strong leadership and extensive technical expertise to proactively identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures across high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at height, electrical works, and energy isolation, to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Job Summary:
The Construction Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing EHS management systems, policies, and technical standards to ensure full compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout construction activities.
This role requires strong leadership and extensive technical expertise to proactively identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures across high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at height, electrical works, and energy isolation, to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Required Experience, Qualifications And Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. An engineering background is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) role, preferably within construction, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Mandatory certification as an EHS professional, such as AK3U, Lifting Safety certification, Electrical Safety certification, and Working at Height certification. Additional certifications including IOSH, NEBOSH, CSP, or Fire Safety are considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an (added advantage) for coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
