Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated EHS Supervisor/Senior EHS Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our Kulai facility. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies to ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves conducting inspections, leading accident investigations, overseeing occupational health and safety programs, and identifying and mitigating workplace hazards. The EHS professional will also promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including creating and implementing policies
• Strong skills in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Experience conducting inspections and leading accident investigations
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment
• Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of safety
• Ability to work independently and train teams effectively
• Relevant certifications in Occupational Health, EHS, or Safety Management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Language: Malay, English, Chinese is preferred
