Job Description
As a Project Management / Cost Management Intern, you will support the delivery of live construction and capital works projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, you'll gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, cost tracking, reporting, and documentation within a professional real estate consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
- Assist in tracking project costs, budgets, and key milestones
- Help maintain project documentation, reports, and control logs
- Support procurement and contractor documentation processes
- Participate in project meetings and assist with progress updates
- Learn and apply project management and cost control best practices
- Any other tasks assigned by the team
About You
- Undergraduate student in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Knowledge in project management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore) and other relevant tools would be an added advantage
- Strong interest in construction and project delivery
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
