Developing knowledge in Product Materials and relevant information.
Good Knowledge in Architecture, Structural, Civil drawings, Building Specifications & Bills of Quantities.
Provide drafting services and details design of rainwater drainage system in CAD file.
Familiar with Building Construction Process (Pre and Post Contract)
Determine and organize softcopy and hardcopy drawings efficiently in a systematic way.
Generate project costing with measurement in EXCEL format.
Coordinating with in-house Engineers and Designers.
Assist in carrying out production drawings and making adjustments to drawings as required.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks in time.
Provide timely performance and accuracy work to meet project standards.

Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Structural), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related construction field, drafter or similar role.
Required Software skill(s): Proficient Level in AutoCAD and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Required manner(s) : Well organized, attention to work details and accuracy, good team player, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, ability to meet deadline, effective time management skills.
Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
